3D printer filament order questions

How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need to change your 3D printer filament, simply contact us at support@coex3d.com or 920-757-1055.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email update containing the shipment tracking details and estimated time of delivery for your order. Please note that packages will be shipped Monday for orders received from 12:00 p.m. CST Friday and over the weekend.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Our filament is available directly online. For wholesale or bulk orders, please send an email to sales@coex3d.com or call us at 920-757-1055.

Can I pick up an order at your facility?

Yes, local pick up is available at our Pulaski, WI manufacturing facility. Feel free to stop by during our normal business hours (Monday – Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or call us at 920-757-1055 to make arrangements for a pickup outside these hours.

Do you manufacture 3D filament?

Yes, we manufacture 3D printer filament onsite at our Pulaski, WI location and sell filament directly to individuals and businesses all over the world.

How do I know if your 3D filament will work in my printer?

We test our filament on our in-house Gigabot® and XYZ printers. Our products are used by a variety of different customers. If you have specific questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Can you produce a custom color?

Yes, we can create any color you need for your 3D printing project. We match based on PANTONE® color numbers. Send an email request or call us at 920-757-1055. Please note, we have minimum order requirements.

Should I use ABS or PLA filament?

The filament you choose for your 3D printing project depends on a multitude of factors. Please review the technical specifications and common uses of our 3D printing filament. If you need help deciding which filament to use, we’re happy to assist you, please contact us.

Awesome Filament at a Bargain Price - Interesting Colors - Great for Prototypes or One-offs

I've been using COEX filament for many years and have visited their plant twice. Very friendly and welcoming. The quality has always been consistent and reliable. The Mystery PLA spools are a great bargain. Sometimes interesting colors, sometimes bland but useful for prototypes. Grab these especially when they are on sale - you will not be disappointed.

Pretty good filament

Unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore.
Worked well once I got it dialed in.
Big part of my decision is be cause of the spools. Tired of fighting them in my bambu ams.

TPE 60D prints Amazing!

I’ve been using this filament to print out various sports balls. The airless basketball, some airless baseballs, and airless tennis balls. Works well each time. Supports were not too difficult to remove, but that’s likely because of my settings. Overall, I’m happy. The material seems really sturdy and strong.
