COEX 3D is customer driven and focused on making consistent, reliable FDM filament. Our customers can purchase our materials with confidence. Every spool is backed by our defect guarantee: if it is defective, we replace it or refund you. See our refund policy.
Why Are We So Confident?
At COEX 3D we are very particular about the raw materials used to produce each spool of filament. Our suppliers and materials don’t change from batch to batch so we can always be confident in our raw resin and our colorants. Our production machines are equipped with precisely calibrated gravimetric color feeders giving us confidence that our colors will be consistent. Our inline filament measuring system guarantees that the diameter will remain within +/- .03 mm (1.75 mm) or +/- .06 mm (2.85 mm), which will feed through your machines with ease. Our packaging process ensures that your filament will arrive to you safely and be ready for use. You can usually print straight from the bag. If you hear popping or see stringing, dry it first; drying settings are on each product page.
