GENERAL RETURN POLICY
For reasons other than damage or defect, customers have 30 days from purchase to return or exchange products(s) in new & unused condition. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns for non-defective items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us prior to any return and request an RMA #. Please note: Only an item can only be deemed defective by evaluation of the COEX Support Team.
Once we physically receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the product(s) to the original payment method, except for any shipping costs and/or restocking fees. If you need the item sooner than that, you are welcome to purchase a replacement to be shipped out immediately. You will then be reimbursed once we receive the returned item. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time you place your order and before your order ships to receive a full refund. To cancel, please call 920.757.1055 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to work with our Coex Support Team.
Orders that are canceled by the customer after they have shipped may be returned to us for a refund minus any applicable shipping charges related to the canceled order.
Coex LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or import fees incurred in the export shipment of items to locations outside the USA. If an international customer elects to abandon a shipment in lieu of paying customs, taxes, or import fees on an order or returning the item(s) to us, no refund will be given.
