Steingraues PETG – PETG (Polyethylenterephthalat plus Glykol) ist ein Copolyester, der im 3D-Druck aufgrund seiner Haltbarkeit, Schlagfestigkeit und Temperaturbeständigkeit verwendet wird. PETG ist nach dem weit verbreiteten PLA das zweitbeliebteste 3D-Druckfilament. Es weist vergleichbare Eigenschaften wie ABS auf, kann jedoch ohne Gehäuse oder Anforderungen an die Rauchkontrolle gedruckt werden. Im Gegensatz zu ABS kann PETG jedoch nicht mit Aceton dampfglättet werden.

Coex 3D Stone Gray PETG wird ausschließlich aus reinem Harz und hochwertigen Farbstoffen ohne Füllstoffe hergestellt. Das gesamte Coex-Filament wird in unserer Produktionsstätte in Wisconsin, USA, hergestellt. Coex 3D verwendet industrielle Extruder und eine lasergesteuerte Qualitätskontrolle, um Qualität, Konsistenz und einen Durchmesser von 1,75 ± 0,03 mm pro Spule zu gewährleisten. Wir liefern Filamente für hervorragende und stabile Drucke.

Technischer Druckleitfaden – COEX PETG

1. Wesentliche Hinweise

  • Halten Sie das Filament trocken – lagern Sie es ordnungsgemäß und trocknen Sie es vor der Verwendung.
  • Bei Bedarf 3 Stunden oder länger bei 65 °C trocknen
  • Einschluss ist hilfreich, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Verwenden Sie einen etwas höheren Z-Offset als PLA (+0,05 mm).
  • Aktivieren Sie „Überqueren von Perimetern vermeiden“, um das Stringing zu reduzieren
  • Erwägen Sie die Verwendung der Option „Wischen beim Einfahren“
  • Aktivieren Sie „Verlangsamen für kleine Bereiche“.
  • Drucken Sie Außenwände langsamer für eine bessere Qualität
  • Verwenden Sie für kleine Teile eine Mindestschichtzeit von 30 Sekunden
  • Nach der ersten Schicht eine allmähliche Abkühlung ermöglichen
  • Erwägen Sie die Verwendung von „Extra Prime Amount“ nach dem Rückzug

2. Temperatureinstellungen

Betttemperatur: 70–90 °C

  • Waschen Sie das Bett häufig, um eine gute Haftung zu gewährleisten. Verwenden Sie Spülmittel und spülen Sie es gründlich ab, um Öle zu entfernen.
  • Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf Betthaftungsprodukte (Klebestift, WELD3D )
  • Verwenden Sie die Krempe für hohe oder große Drucke
  • Halten Sie die Umgebungstemperatur stabil

Extrudertemperatur: 230-245°C
