    Das PLA von Coex wird aus Virgin NatureWorks Ingeo 4043D-Harz, ausschließlich hochwertigen Farbstoffen und ohne Füllstoffe hergestellt.

      Technischer Druckleitfaden – COEX PLA

      1. Wesentliche Hinweise

      • Halten Sie das Filament trocken – lagern Sie es ordnungsgemäß und trocknen Sie es vor der Verwendung.
      • PLA ist weniger hygroskopisch als andere Materialien, aber die richtige Lagerung trägt zur Erhaltung der Qualität bei
      • Bei Bedarf 3 Stunden oder länger bei 55 °C trocknen
      • Vor Gebrauch auf sichtbare Schäden prüfen

      2. Temperatureinstellungen

      Betttemperatur: 60 °C

      • Waschen Sie das Bett häufig, um eine gute Haftung zu gewährleisten. Verwenden Sie Spülmittel und spülen Sie es gründlich ab, um Öle zu entfernen.
      • Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf Betthaftungsprodukte (Klebestift, WELD3D )
      • Verwenden Sie die Krempe für hohe oder große Drucke
      • Halten Sie die Umgebungstemperatur stabil

      Extrudertemperatur: 215-235°C

      3. Grundlegende Parameter

        • PLA erfordert maximale Kühlung für beste Ergebnisse
        • Volle Lüfterdrehzahl hilft bei Brücken und Überhängen
        • Die erste Schicht benötigt keine Kühlung für eine gute Haftung
        • Kleine Teile brauchen maximale Kühlung

      7. Anleitung zur Fehlerbehebung

      Schlechte Schichthaftung

      1. Temperatur um 5-10°C erhöhen

      2. Reduzieren Sie die Lüftergeschwindigkeit für die ersten Schichten

      3. Baufläche mit IPA reinigen

      Verziehen

      1. Erhöhen Sie die Betttemperatur auf 60 °C

      2. Krempe hinzufügen (5-10 mm)

      3. Stellen Sie sicher, dass im Druckbereich keine Zugluft entsteht

      4. First-aid measures

      4.1 On skin contact:In case of contact with molten polymer immediately cool the skin with cold water. Medical aid may be required to remove adhering material and for treatment of burns.
      4.2 After inhalation:Remove from exposure and move to fresh air immediately. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical aid.
      4.3 On ingestion:If swallowed, wash out mouth with water provided person is conscious. Do NOT induce vomiting.
      4.4 On eyes contact:In case of contact, immediately flush eyes with copious amounts of water for at least (15) minutes.

      5. Fire-fighting measures

      5.1 Suitable fire extinguishing media:Water spray, chemical powder or carbon dioxide.
      5.2 Special exposure hazards:During a fire, smoke may contain the original material in addition to combustion products of varying composition which may be toxic and/or irritating. Combustion products may include and are not limited to: Carbon dioxide. Carbon monoxide.

      6.1 Personal precautions:Spilled material may cause a slipping Hazard.
      6.2 Methods for cleaning up:Vacuum or sweep up material and place into a suitable disposal container.

      7.1 Handling:Avoid contact with molten polymer. Avoid generation of dust and electrostatic charge.
      7.2 Storage:Protect against moisture. Store cool and keep packaging closed when not in use. Avoid sources of ignition.
